This is an exhibition of fourteen unframed photographs of bodies in motion, adorned in strange costumes that enhance the sense of movement and create a tension between violent struggle and graceful dance. The inclusion in the show of one of these costumes, an “architectural” foam garment, complements the lightness of the images with a three-dimensional solidity.
I could not find numbers next to the photographs to match the titles in the information sheet, so I am unable to identify and discuss an individual favourite. However the works are well set out and in such a way that allows the viewer to move easily from one image or set of images to the next.
